We function as a liaison between the Mortgagee, Mortgagor, Bailiff, Occupants, Removalist, Locksmith, Tow truck operator and any other third party that may be in attendance on an Eviction day. We provide a full service in that we arrange for a Locksmith to attend together with a removalist and tow truck operator if required, have all remaining chattels packed and removed from the premises into storage, locks changed and a comprehensive report on the property condition including photos and details regarding any chattels that may remain at the property. Mortgagee in Possession signage is erected and keys generally delivered to a nominated Real Estate Agent on the same day. All invoices and reports are generally submitted within 24 hours of job completion.
